Colleen Wurth
Colleen has been the Administrative Assistant at QDRO Express since January 2005. She communicates with attorneys, attorneys' clients and Plan Administrators to gather the information necessary for the preparation of the appropriate Court Orders. She also handles basic questions, billing and payment, keeps the work flowing through the process until completion, proofreads each Order, inputs data, and ensures all documents are distributed to the appropriate attorneys.
Prior to joining QDRO Express, Colleen worked ten years at a heating and cooling company, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable. Colleen was born in Detroit, Michigan, and resides in the Detroit Metropolitan area.
Robert Alpiner, ESQ*
Robert has worked at QDRO Express since 2005 as a Staff Attorney drafting QDROs. He has been with the Hantz Group (parent of QDRO Express) since 2004, where he previously worked in the Hantz Benefit Services Division as an Auditor, earning licenses in both life and health insurance. Robert formerly worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for many years as both an Auditor and Appeals Analyst. He has an accounting degree from Michigan State University, a master's degree in business administration from the University of Detroit, Mercy, and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
